For reasons I can’t fully fathom, the monstera deliciosa that sits in my office has just gone bonkers in the last months, including sending up the largest new leaf yet. If it continues at this rate, I’m going to have to think about removing other plants from the room.
Had it for four years and it kind of “festered,” then last summer I brought it onto the porch to live and it really picked up, then moved it to my office for the winter and it’s just accelerated. The light exposure is similar for both places, so I think that must be it: bright but indirect light.
I currently have a recovering peace lily who finally has some new healthy leaves after a long period of bad health!

Cool! Have you had the plant for long? Maybe it just needed to get settled? Or something mysterious just made it get going seriously :)
